D.A. Dodd features a centralized organizational structure with the Rolling Prairie office serving as its corporate headquarters. This location houses a fully computerized estimation department as well as the personnel and accounting departments. It also has a HVAC/Plumbing Service Department.

The Benton Harbor office includes an HVAC/Plumbing service department, a fabrication shop, and also serves as home base for larger commercial/industrial and institutional projects.

The Lafayette Office serves Central Indiana Projects. It has an HVAC & Plumbing service department, as well as estimating and design build capacities.

Major customers include Culver Military Academy, LaPorte Hospital, Whirlpool Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle, Indiana University, Purdue University, Lakeland Hospital, Memorial Hospital of South Bend, The University of Notre Dame, as well as countless school corporations across Indiana and Michigan.
